OUR ISU DANCE MARATHON

dance marathon is always fun..... well with two sick kids its not as fun.. :( 

This program raise's money for miracle children! We dance for 15 hours strait
My brother (hananiah) was born with Hypo plastic left heart syndrome And my parents had 3 opitions Ether

1- Do nothing and let him die
2- a series of 3 surgeries
3- a heart transplant

They chose 2
i think later on they had to do *3
I dont really know what was next but he was maybe 2 months when they did the transplant

Well now he is 11 (going on 12) and just about 3 years ago he started eating
before that he was fed with a feeding tube
He also learned how to use the potty!

My iced coffee

This is the iced coffee that i had yesturday!

 Torani flavoring (stuff)
HALF and HALF
Glass full of ice
And coffee (i used esspreso)

in the glass and fill the rest with half and half!

Simple bookmark

Cast on 14 stitchs

Knit rows 1-3

Row 4, purl

Row 5, knit 3, YO k2tog, k1, YO k2tog, k1 YO k2tog, knit 3 

Row 6, purl

Repeat until desired lenght.

Basic scarf

Cast on 16 stitchs
work 3 rows in garter stitch 
work in stockinette until desired length.
work 3 rows in garter stitch
Cast off.

You may change colors every 3 rows if you would like!

Rib stitch

Knit 1 purl 1 repeat until you are done With the

Aubreys Booties

Size 4 needles
Sugar and cream solid yarn

Cast on 40 stitchs
Rows 1-8 knit
Row 9 knit 18, k2tog x2, knit 18
Row 10 knit
Row 11 Knit 17, k2tog x2, knit 17
Row 12 knit
Row 13 knit 16, k2tog x2, knit 16
Row 14 knit
Row 15 Knit 13, k2tog x4, knit 13
Row 16 knit (30 sts)
Row 17 knit 8, cast of 14, knit 8
Row 18 Put first 8 sts on scrap yarn Knit the rest of sts for 2 rounds
Row 20 knit until done with row cast on 8 sts using cable cast on

Row 21 knit
Row 22 knit until the last sts yo knit 1
Row 23 Cast off

Rejoin yarn on other side and knit 3 rows cast off
Seam back and bottom of bootie inside out turn bootie inside in
Add a button and TADA!

Make two!

Basic beret

1. Cast on 40 sts in Kitchener’s on Sz 8 16” circular needles or dpns.
2. Switch to larger needles. K1P1 ribbing for 2 ins.
3. Knit one round (rd) even.
4. Next rd K2 M1 (60 sts).
5. Knit one rd even.
6. Next rd increase 4 evenly spaced (64 sts). aka-- *Knit 15, M1* repeat from * to end of rd.
7. Knit one rd even.
8. Optional: For larger brim, -- *Knit 8, M1* repeat from* to end of rd (72 sts).
9. Knit one rd even.
10. Decrease by 8 sts every other rd until 24 sts remain--randomly if you don’t like pinwheels!
11. For next 2 rds decrease by 8 sts (8 sts).

Break off 6-8 in. tail. Thread yarn through remaining 8 sts twice. Pull tight.
Steam, then block with 10 in. plate for 64 st brim, larger plate for 72 st brim.

Cuttest baby booties

These are great baby booties i use this pattern all the time!

Newborn to 3 months: 90 yards of sport or DK weight yarn on size 3 needles

3-6 months: 90 yards of worsted weight yarn on size 4 straight needles

Gauge: Worsted weight/stockinette/#4 needles: 5 sts/in

Row 6: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 2, m1, k 11, (move marker) #, m 1, k 4, m1, k 4, m 1, (move marker) #, k 11, m 1, k 3. (41 sts)

Row 8: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 3, m1, k 11, (move marker)# m1, k 5, m 1, k6, m1, (move marker)#, k 11, m1 , k4. (46 sts)

Row 10: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 4, m 1, k 11, (move marker) #, m 1, k 7, m 1, k 7, m 1, (move marker) #, k 11, m 1, k 5. (51 sts)

Row 11: Sl 1 st knitwise, knit to end (remove markers)#.

Row 12, 14, 16, 18: Sl 1 st purlwise, purl to end of row.

Row 13, 15, 17: Sl 1 st knitwise, knit to end of row.

Shape Toe/Top of Foot: (Short Rows)

Row 19: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 28, ssk, turn.

Row 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34: Sl 1 st purlwise, p 7, p 2 tog, turn.

Row 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 7, ssk, turn.

Row 35: Sl 1 st knitwise, k 4, m 1, knit to end of the row. (36 sts)

Row 36: Sl 1 st purlwise, purl to end of the row.

Row 37: Sl 1 st knitwise, (YO, k 2 tog, k 1)* to last 2 sts, YO, k 2. (37 sts)

(This makes 12 eyelets for a "shoestring!")

Row 38: Sl 1 st purlwise, purl to end of the row.

Cuff:

Row 39, 41, 43, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55: Sl 1 st knitwise, (K2, p 2 rib)* to end of row.
Row 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56: Sl 1 st knitwise, p 1, (K 2, p2 rib)* to last 5 sts, K 2, P3.

BO in pattern. Leave a 26 " tail.

Turn to WS. Use tail to sew up selvedge edge. Turn RS out & shape toe with fingers.
